Brunswick Real Estate divests elderly care portfolio

An elderly care portfolio has successfully been sold by Brunswick Real Estate to SBB at an
undisclosed price. The portfolio comprises seven properties with a lettable area of 61,900 sqm
located in central Boden. The properties are predominantly used as senior housing and nursing
homes. The portfolio is anchored by Boden Municipality as the main tenant with an average lease
term of over 12 years.

Sveafastigheter Fersen AB, co-owned by Partners Group and Brunswick Real Estate, has owned
the portfolio since 2015. Brunswick Real Estate has been responsible for the management of the
portfolio together with Vimur Fastigheter AB as the local asset management partner in Boden.
